It compresses the secondary vapor generated during evaporation with a steam compressor, raising its temperature and pressure so it can be reused as the heating source. This recovers the latent heat of vaporization, dramatically cutting energy consumption and operating costs — the ideal replacement for traditional multi-effect evaporators.Working PrincipleThe feed liquid is heated and concentrated in the evaporator. The secondary vapor is adiabatically compressed by the vapor compressor, raising its temperature and pressure before being fed back into the heater to heat the feed. After releasing its latent heat, the vapor condenses into water and is discharged.
